Those are the common questions we all face everyday. Most people have their issues rooted in anger issues.  If you realize that you have a problem with anger or depression, ask yourself the reasons for your anger and depression. Your real problem is not the people or circumstances but your past which is rooted into your anger or depression. Ask God to show you what the real problem of your anger and depression is.  God will show you.  Ask God to heal your problems. God will heal you and set you free.

He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.                                                       Psalm 147:10

But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crashed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.
Isaiah 53:5

The Lord is closed to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crashed in spirit.
